Prep: 15 min, Marinate: 4:00, Cook: 10 min.
For 4 Servings:
1 lb. boneless lean pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. oregano 3/4 tsp. thyme 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. cayenne skewers 4 thick slices Italian bread Combine first 9 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Place in a sealable plastic bag and marinate 4-24 hours in refrigerator. Prepare grill. Remove pork cubes from marinade, reserving marinade. Thread pork onto skewers (if using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 1 hour to prevent burning.) Grill over hot coals 4-5 minutes, basting with reserved marinade. Turn and grill another 4 minutes. Serve by pulling meat off of skewer onto Italian bread
