1 pound kielbasa or polish sausage 1/2 stick butter or margarine 1/2 head coarsely chopped cabbage 4 medium potatoes, sliced 1 medium onion, sliced Apple slices (one granny smith will do) 1/2 cup water *Salt and pepper to your taste
Directions: Slice the kielbasa in 1/2-inch slices. In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the keilbasa in butter. Add all other ingredients and mix them well. Cover and reduce heat to low. The dish is done when the vegetables are tender. Season to taste.
