1 lb. "Harvest Burger for Recipes" crumbles (fat-free meat substitute) 1/2 cup chopped onions 3 cans (16 oz) chili beans, undrained (Brooks) 2 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce (Hunts) 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies (Ole El Paso) 1 package (1.25 oz) taco seasoning (Ole El Paso) 1 package (1 oz) dry ranch dressing mix (Hidden Valley) 1 1/2 cups water
In a large pot sprayed with Pam, brown onions with Harvest Burger . Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.
Makes 10 1 cup servings. Each cup is 3 points. 1 cup serving= 195 calories, .52 fat, 10.65 fiber.
