Low Fat Blueberry Tart
Makes: 8 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups blueberries, chopped 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoons lemon juice sponge cake, sliced into 8 pieces 1 cup non/lowfat vanilla yogurt Directions:
Combine blueberries, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and set aside. Top sponge cake with fruit. Serve with a spoonful of yogurt. Nutritional Information:
