1 cup strawberries 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks (juice pack) 1/2 cup egg substitute 1 medium banana 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt 1 Tablespoon sugar (You can use Nutri-Sweet or Sweet-N-Low)
In blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Makes 3 servings.
3 POINTS per serving.
