I am new to Weight Watchers, need to lose 25 pounds and desperately need moral support. Would appreciate any encouragement, help or tips. Thanks, katmandu

I am not following WW diet per say, but would be willing to be your diet buddy. I lost 49 pounds to the protein diet.
The problem is that I already put 20 back and I am fighting not to put more. I need to go back to the diet but don't seem to have the willpower anymore.
Maybe we could encourage each other and end up reaching each our goal..... What do you think?

I think it's a great idea to encourage each other. With spring having finally arrived and bathing suit season fast approaching I could surely use it!

I am hosting a family supper tomorrow. But otherwise, everything is fine.
I will not be on a diet for that supper though. ;D ;D ;D
