Venison Jerky Marinade Ingredients: 2 lb. venison, cut in 1/4" strips 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. liquid smoke 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Directions: Let stand overnight, then bake right on oven racks turning as needed 6 - 8 hours at around 120 degrees. (NOTE: Some pieces finish faster than others, pull out of oven at desired texture).
