Tabasco sauce1/2 cup soy sauce1 tsp. ginger1/2 tsp. garlic powderDirections:Let stand overnight, then bake right on oven racks turning as needed 6 - 8 hours at around 120 degrees. (NOTE: Some pieces finish faster than others, pull out of oven at desired texture).
