Venison Hash
2 tablepspoons bacon drippings 1 large chopped onion 3 cups cooked, chopped beef or venison roast 2 medium potatoes, cut into 16 pieces 2 tablespoons flour 1 minced garlic clove 3 cups beef broth 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat. Add flour and brown. Add broth and other ingredients. Let simmer until tender.
