Creamy Pineapple/Orange Cake
1 yellow pudding in the mix cake mix 4 eggs 1 cup water and juice 1, 11ounce can mandarin oranges, drained and saved 1/2 cup oil
topping: 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed 1, 3ounce box instant vanilla pudding 1, 20ounce can crushed pineapple
Drain juice from oranges and add enough water to make 1 cup. Mix with cake mix, eggs and oil. Beat 2 minutes; then fold in oranges. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. While cake is cooling, mix topping. Set it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes; then frost cake. Keep cake refrigerated
