Pineapple Passion Cake
1 box yellow cake mix (mix according to directions) 3 oz instant vanilla pudding 2 cups milk 8 oz cream cheese (softened) 9 oz whipped topping 15 oz crushed pineapple (drained) 1 cup flaked coconut 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans maraschino cherries
Grease a 15-1/2 x 10-1/2 inch baking pan. Mix cake according to directions mix and bake for 15 minutes; cool. Mix pudding and milk as directed; stir in soft cream cheese. Spread over cooled cake. Spread whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle pineapple evenly over whipped topping. Sprinkle coconut evenly over pineapple. Sprinkle chopped pecans over coconut and top with maraschino cherries. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
