Lemon-Apricot Cake
1 pkg. lemon cake mix 1 cup apricot nectar 3/4 cup oil 1/2 cup sugar 4 eggs
In large mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; mix with beater until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition. Pour into ungreased 10 inch tube pan and bake one hour at 350 degrees. Do not use pan with removable bottom. Serve plain, with powdered sugar or with fresh fruit.
