Veal Tortellini with Prosciutto and Fresh Peas 1 T Butter
3 each Prosciutto di Parma
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup Green peas, Fresh
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 lb. Veal Tortellini
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Sautee proscuitto until it is a caramel color.
2. Boil pasta for approximately 4 minutes.
3. Sautee other ingredients in a pan for 3 minutes.
4. Combine everything together and serve.
