Fresh Peach Coffee Cake
1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar 1 egg 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup buttermilk 4 peaches, peeled and diced 1 teaspoon cinnamon Cinnamon-sugar mix for topping
Cream butter with brown sugar add slightly beaten egg. Add flour and baking baking soda alternately with buttermilk, beating smooth after each addition. Gently blend in peaches. Pour batter into 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
