Easy Chili
2 lbs. hamburger 1 med. onion, chopped 2 - 10 and 3/4 oz. cans condensed tomato soup 2 - 15.5 oz cans red kidney beans, drained 1-2 TB chili powder 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp salt Dash of garlic salt and black pepper
Brown hamburger and onion together in a large saucepan or pot. Drain fat and add the soup (do not add water to the soup) and the kidney beans. Stir and add remaining ingredients. Stir and simmer for about 40 minutes to an hour. Can also add quartered potatoes or canned chopped tomatoes to the chile if desired. Serving suggestions: Serve over corn chips or noodles and top with grated cheddar or jack cheese.
