Jerk Pork Ingredients Seasoning: 5 Ib. pork 1 onion 1 scotch bonnet 1 cup escallion 2 sprig of thyme 5 cloves garlic Jerk Sauce Method (1)Rub in seasoning on pork.Leave it for 45 mins (2)Rub on jerk sauce and leave to marinade overnight. (3)Prepare grill with charcoal, let it burn until you see white residues on charcoal.Or put in oven 350° F.for about 25 mins or until cook. (4)Chop meat into pieces, and serve with Bread or Festival.
