PATRICK’S PERFECT MARGARITA
6 ounces tequila (a scant 5 jiggers)
2 ounces Cointreau
2 ounces Simple Syrup
6 ounces fresh lime juice
Sea salt, for garnish (optional)\
Lime wedges, for garnish
Fill a large thingytail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, Cointreau, syrup, and lime juice and shake vigorously. Serve in chilled martini glasses, with or without salted rims, and garnished with lime wedges.
