1 pound lean stew meat
2 potatoes, quartered
2 carrots, sliced
2 onions, quartered
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 tablespoon tapioca
8 ounces tomato suace
1/2 cup Coke
Put the stew meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery in a
casserole dish. Sprinkle with tapioca. Combine tomato sauce and
Coke and pour over the top. Cover tightly. Put in 250° oven and od
mot peek for 4 hours.
