1 stick butter 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 cup flour 1 quart half and half 1 1/2 cup. chicken broth or 2 bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 1/2 cups of water. 1 tbs. parsley 1 tbs. Old Bay 1 cup crab meat.
Melt butter and blend in flour. Stir until smooth. Slowly stir in chicken broth. Shred the crab into minced style pieces. Add pepper and simmer for 2 minutes. Add half and half and milk slowly. Slowly cook and stir until thickened. Add parsley and crab meat. Heat and serve.
