Makes 8 servings
2 cans cream of potato soup 4 cans minced clams 1/2 cup dried minced onion 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup diced bacon 1/2 cup milk
In large sauce pan cook and stir bacon and onion until onion cooked and bacon crisp. Stir in soup and milk. Heat thoroughly stirring occassionally. Stir in Clams, lemon juice and pepper. Heat thoroughly.
