Creamy Cabbage Soup
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded 1 c. cream 1/4 lb. butter 2 tbsp. flour salt & pepper to taste Lime (opt.)
Boil cabbage until tender, add flour and cream. Blend until smooth, pour over cabbage. Add butter, salt and pepper. Soup will thicken like gravy. Use milk if it gets too thick. Serve cold with slice of lime floating on top.
