1 (16 oz/448 g) package frozen unsweetened peaches, slightly thawed 1 (6 oz/168 g) can frozen apple juice concentrate 1 (8 oz/224 g) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt 1/3 cup (80 ml) instant nonfat dry milk powder 1/4 cup (60 ml) water 1/8 teaspoon (.63 ml) vanilla extract Ice cubes Fresh strawberries (optional)
Combine first 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender; top with cover, and process until smooth. Gradually add enough ice to measure 4 cups (960 ml) in blender; top with cover, and process until smooth. Pour mixture into glasses. Garnish each serving with a fresh strawberry, if desired.
Makes 8 (1/2 cup/120 ml) servings.

BANANA SIPPER: Substitute 2 large frozen bananas, sliced, for peaches. Substitute 1 (8 oz/224 g) carton strawberry low-fat yogurt for vanilla yogurt. Proceed with recipe as directed.

RASPBERRY SIPPER: Substitute 1 (16 oz/448 g) package frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed and strained, for peaches. Substitute 1 (8 oz/224 g) carton raspberry low-fat yogurt for vanilla yogurt. Proceed with recipe as directed.
