Good White Bread FOR THE BREAD MACHINE
This is the best white bread recipe I have found. It stays fresh and tasty for a long time.
1 cup water
1 extra large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons dry milk powder
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup bread flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select basic bread setting, normal crust. Makes 2 pound loaf
