8-1/2 cups nonfat dry milk
1-1/2 cups non-dairy coffee creamer
3 cups instant chocolate drink mix for milk (Nestle's Quik)
1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
In a large bowl, combine all and blend well. Store in an airtight
container.
To serve: combine 1/2 cup of mix with 9 oz. of boiling water. Stir
well.
Makes 16 cups of mix.
