This takes about 3 minutes to make.
Simple Salsa
1 garlic clove 1/2 c. loosely packed cilantro 1/2 lime 1 14 1/2oz. can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
Peel the garlic. Turn on blender/food processor. Drop the garlic onto the moving blade. Process until finely chopped. Add the cilantro and pulse to chop fine. Squeeze the lime juice into the blender. Add the tomatoes and pulse 2 or 3 times for chunky salsa or blend until smooth, about 15 seconds. Serve at once or refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 2 cups.
