Hi TigerLily and welcome!!!! As a part-time bartender I get people who order these sometimes. The way I was taught and do fix them is: Long Island Iced Tea Fill tall glass with cracked ice and then add: 1/2 shot each of vodka, light rum, gin, and any other light/white liquor like white tequila. Add coke from the bartender's gun and voila! You may also add triple sec - I do - and it will be like iced tea with a sweetener. Some people prefer theirs without triple sec, though. It's just a matter of preference. Enjoy!!! But one of these is usually enough! LOL  Chris in NM |
