Place milk in a small saucepan. Mix together Splenda and cocoa powder in a small mixing bowl. Add to milk and stir well using a wire whisk. Simmer 4 - 5 minutes over medium low heat. Pour mixture into 2 serving mugs.
Optional Garnish: Top each with 1 Tbl. reduced calorie whipped topping and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
Variations: For mint hot chocolate, add a drop of mint extract to the milk mixture before simmering. For mocha hot chocolate, add 2 tsp. instant coffee to the milk mixture before simmering. Enjoy!!
