Splenda's Hot Chocolate www.splenda.comMakes 2 (8 oz.) servings Preparation time: 10 minutes 2 c. reduced fat milk 8 packets Splenda no calorie sweetener 3 Tbl. cocoa powder (preferably Dutch processed) Optional Garnish: 2 Tbl. reduced calorie whipped topping 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Place milk in a small saucepan. Mix together Splenda and cocoa powder in a small mixing bowl. Add to milk and stir well using a wire whisk. Simmer 4 - 5 minutes over medium low heat. Pour mixture into 2 serving mugs. Optional Garnish: Top each with 1 Tbl. reduced calorie whipped topping and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Variations: For mint hot chocolate, add a drop of mint extract to the milk mixture before simmering. For mocha hot chocolate, add 2 tsp. instant coffee to the milk mixture before simmering. Enjoy!!
