8 to 10 tomatillos 12 ounces husked stemmed and diced 4 tomatoes 1 pound diced 2 jalapenos cored seeded and minced 1/2 cup cilantro leaves coarsely chopped 1 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup lime juice 4 garlic cloves crushed 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Combine all ingredients mixing well. Chill before serving.
