Bravo's Shrimp and Goat Cheese Quesadilla with Green Chile Sour Cream
Ingredients
10” Flour Tortilla
1 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Goat Cheese
½ c Chopped Shrimp
¼ c Shredded Monterey Jack
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
1 small pablano pepper chopped and sautéed
½ small chopped onion sautéed
Green Chile Sour cream: Mix ¼ c Puréed green chili’s and ¼ c sour cream/ salt & pepper to taste
In Skillet heat olive oil over medium to high heat. In mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix thoroughly add salt & pepper. (works best mixed with your hands) Spread filling over half tortilla and fold in half pressing down firmly to bind. Sauté Quesadilla to golden brown. (About 2 minutes on each side) Slice Quesadilla in three (3) pieces and arrange on plate.
Garnish with green chili sour cream and salsa
