canned whole jalapenos grated sharp Cheddar cheese 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk flour corn meal oil Wash jalapenos; remove seed. Stuff with grated cheese. Mix egg and milk together in bowl. Combine equal amount of flour and cornmeal in bowl, mixing well. Dip peppers in egg mixture, then in cornmeal mixture. Fry in hot oil in skillet until brown.
