Makes 2 servings
1/2 cup water boiling 2 unflavored tea bags 1 pint vanilla ice cream (2 cups) 1 banana ripe, cut in 1-inch pieces 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple in its own juice, chilled 1 tablespoon honey
In a teapot or small heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Chill serving glasses.
Place chilled tea, ice cream, banana, pineapple with juice and honey in a blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve with straws.
