2 packages of 3 oz. cherry Jell-O 1/2 cup sugar 6 cups of hot water 1 Quart of gingerale 1 - 46 oz. can pineapple juice 2 quarts of vanilla ice cream
Chill the pineapple juice. Chill the gingerale. Heat the water and dissolve Jell-O and sugar in the water. Let it cool a bit and then add the chilled pineapple juice. Next add the chilled gingerale. Scoop in the ice cream last.
This will come out looking red and lighten to pink as the ice cream melts.
