Shrimp and Pasta Casserole 1 Tbls. butter 2 eggs 1 cup half-and-half 1 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 tsp. dried basil leaves (crushed) 1 tsp. oregano leaves (crushed) 1 9 oz. package angel hair pasta (uncooked) 1 jar mild salsa 1 Lb.. medium shrimp (peeled and divined) 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With butter, grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. In medium bowl, combine eggs, half-and-half, yogurt, Swiss cheese, feta cheese, basil and oregano; mix well. Spread half of pasta on buttered baking dish; cover with salsa. Add 1/2 of the shrimp; cover with remaining pasta. Spread egg mixture over pasta and top with remaining shrimp. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over top. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. I don't know if anyone has notice but My hubby and I eat allot of feta
