Tuna Casserole (On the Stove) Ingredients: 1 bag egg noodles 3 cans tuna 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (or 1 can of mushroom soup and 1 can cheddar cheese soup) 1 can peas Splash of milk Dash of butter Seasonings to taste
Cook egg noodles then drain. Stir in tuna, soup, milk, butter and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, etc.). Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until mixed well. Add peas. Cook another 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Feeds 6 to 8, keeps well and is quick to fix.
