Round Steak'n Ravioli Casserole
3 tablespoons flour 1 can spaghetti sauce 1 teaspoon salt 3 medium zucchini (about ¾ lb.)<br>½ teaspoon oregano 1 can tiny whole onions, drained ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 can cheese ravioli in sauce 1 ½ lb. beef round steak, 1 ½ inches thick 1 tablespoon shortening
Heat oven to 375. Mix flour and seasonings. Coat meat with flour mixture; reserve remaining mixture. Melt shortening in skillet, brown meat. Place in ungreased baking dish, 11 ½ X 7 ½ X 1 ½<br>Pour spaghetti sauce into skillet; stir in reserved flour mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Pour over meat; cover with aluminum foil. Bake 45 minutes. Cut each zucchini lengthwise in half. Place zucchini and onions in sauce around meat. Spoon ravioli over meat. Cover, bake 45 minutes longer or until meat is tender. 6 servings.
