Macaroni & Cheese
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup minced onion 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
In 2-quart saucepan, cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Or place in a casserole dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes 6 servings.
