Beef and Pasta Delight
1 lb. ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 1 - 15 oz. can of tomato sauce 1 - 16 oz. package of elbows or small shells pasta 1 - 2 cup package of grated cheddar cheese
Directions: Cook the elbows in hot salted water as per package instructions. Brown the meat and onion in a rather large frying pan. Add the can of tomato sauce. Drain the cooked pasta, and put into an ovenproof casserole dish. Add the cooked beef and onion. Add the cheese. Stir well so that everything is well mixed. Add a tad more cheese, if you like, then bake for about half an hour in a 350 degree oven, until the cheese has melted.
