Serves 2
2 sweet peppers - 1 green and 1 red, coarsely chopped 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced 1 medium onion, sliced 3 cloves garlic, crushed 4 small hot red Chilli peppers, chopped finely
4 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons dark soya sauce 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice power 1/2 pint stock 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons cornflour
Chop up all of the main ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Adjust the amount of chillies to taste.
For the sauce, again mix all the ingredients together and pour over the vegetables.
Place in microwave for about 20 minutes (Probably about 40 minutes for a convential oven) on full power, taking out now and again to stir.
Serve with rice.
