Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti
1 pkg (7 oz) spaghetti, broken 2 c cubed cooked chicken 2 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 c milk 1/4 cup onions, optional 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions: Cook spaghetti according to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the chicken, 1 cup cheese, soup, milk, onions, salt and pepper. Drain spaghetti, add to the chicken mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6-8.
This would also be good with leftover turkey.
NOTE: I have also just done this using Vevetta cheese, and it comes out nicely. There are also those cheese sauces in a jar by the spaghetti section, and the cheesy flavored one works well too. Just 'time saver' ideas!
