Green Turkey and Cheese Leftover Thanksgiving turkey casserole that even the kids will eat! This is quick, easy and delicious. 1 pound spinach, washed and chopped 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, cubed 10 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 10 inch casserole dish. 2 Place the spinach in the prepared casserole dish. Top with the cubed turkey then with the grated cheese. 3 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings

Well I fixed It Last Friday My hubby Liked it very much so did. We both are Spinach Lovers and He is Greek so he eat's lots of the leafy green veg. I also I got reid of some frozen left over Turky I really like the fact it was very easy. Thanks It's a Winner With us
