Ham Au Gratin
2 cups chopped deli ham (or leftovers from Thanksgiving!) 1 lb. deli scalloped potatoes (if your deli doesn't carry this, you can use a quick fix box of Betty Crockers > but then that sadly means you have to make them up too!) 1 10-oz. can sweet corn, drained 1/2 cup milk 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese *titch of salt and white pepper
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Gently combine ham, potatoes, corn, milk and salt/pepper to your taste in a 2 quart glass casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serves 4.
NOTE: I always add onions to ALL of my dishes, whether the original recipe called for it or not. Some sweet onion in this adds to the wonderful taste!
