Scotch Casserole
8 oz. Spiral macaroni 1 can corned beef (chopped up aprox 1 1/2 c.)* 1/4 lb. Shredded cheddar cheese 1 c. milk 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 can cream celery soup Dash of garlic powder Bread crumbs
Preheat oven at 350. Cook macaroni. Mix rest of ingredients, except bread crumbs. Grease large casserole dish. Layer macaroni, then meat mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes.
Hints and tips:
*Can use any left over meat, chicken, beef, pork. Can be prepared ahead and stored for a day or two before cooking or frozen and baked at a later time.
