Country Sausage Casserole
1 lb. loose sausage 1 med. chopped onion 2 c. applesauce 1 12oz. can whole kernel corn 1 8oz. pkg. herbed stuffing mix 3/4 c. water 1 tsp. parsley
Brown sausage in skillet; add onion and cook until tender. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly. Turn mixture into 2 1/2 qrt. baking dish. Bake at 375 for 40 - 45 minutes of until lightly browned. Makes 6 - 8 servings.
