Black & Tan Float
Ingredients:
2 scoops Guinness Ice Cream; 3 oz. Bass Granita; 6 oz. I.B.C. Root Beer; 1 oz. Choclate Sauce; 1.5 oz. Whip Cream; .5 oz. Chocolate Chip Sprinkles; 1 Pirouline; 1 Pint Glass; 1 tsp. Chocolate Sprinkles
1 Drizzle the chocolate sauce in a pint glass.
2 Scoop half the grantia in the bottom with 1 scoop of ice cream on top.
3 Repeat step and fill with root beer.
4 Top with whip cream and sprinkles.
5 Garnish with Pirouline.
