CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 c. crabmeat 1 c. milk 6 hard-boiled eggs 1 small onion, chopped 1 tsp. chopped parsley 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. cayenne 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients well together, saving 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Saute the reserved breadcrumbs in butter to sprinkle on top after putting crab mixture in a buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
