Carolina Casserole 1 can green peas 1 can water chestnuts (drained and chopped) 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar 1 crushed roll Ritz crackers 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 small jar pimentos, drained 1 stick melted margarine Mix peas, soup, chestnuts, pimentos and cheddar in flat casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Mix cracker crumbs and margarine, sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
