1 pound ground beef 1/2 C. sliced green onions or onion salt if you can't get the kids to eat those green things! 1 15.5oz. can of sloppy joe sandwich sauce (I use the generic manwich stuff) 1 11 oz. can of veggies (choose what your family will eat - mine won't eat any and I left them out of the casserole with no problems) Some ideas are: corn, mexicorn, green beans, kidney beans 1 6oz. can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (I found that I prefer this made with 2 cans of the generic type biscuits)
Preheat oven to 375F Brown ground beef with onions. Stir in sandwich sauce and can of veggies. Cook 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Spoon mixture into ungreased 1-1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Seperate dough into 5 biscuits, cut in half. Arrange cut side down around the outside of hot beef mixture with the sides of biscuits touching. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Serves 4
