1 lb. ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced 1 can Golden Mushroom Soup 1 can Condensed Beef Broth 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes 1 small zucchini, sliced 1 1/2 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
Cook beef, onion and garlic in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add soup, broth, thyme, tomatoes and zucchini. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cook over low heat 15 min. or until done. Serves 4.
