Cheesy Tuna and Twists 8 oz uncooked corkscrew macaroni 2 T butter or margarine 1 10 oz package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 1 clove garlic, minced 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 3/4 cup milk 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/8 teaspoon pepper Generous dash ground nutmeg 1 can tuna, drained Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in medium skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook mixed vegetables and garlic 2 minutes, stirring often. Add soup to skillet; stir until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Add cheese, pepper and nutmeg; heat until cheese melts, stirring occasionally. Stir in tuna and cooked macaroni. Heat through. Makes 4 servings. Jay
