1 c. coarsely chopped onion 3 T. shortening 1 1/2 c. pkged. enriched precooked rice 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cr. of celery soup 1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickles 1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked crushed corn chips
Cook onion in shortening in a skillet until tender. Add rice, cook, stirring constantly, until browned. Add water to soup to make 2 c.; pour into skillet. Add pickles and tuna; bring to boiling. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 min. or until most of liquid is absorbed. Garnish with corn chips. Makes 4 servings.
