Mud Slide Pudding Delight
1 large package chocolate pudding, prepared according to directions (can be instant or cooked) 1/2 cup margarine 1 1/4 cups flour 1 cup chopped nuts 1 pint whipping cream 1 4-oz. cream cheese (do not use non-fat or lowfat cream cheese) 1 cup powdered sugar
Combine margarine, flour and nuts; press into a 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Whip whipping cream and measure 2 cups out. Add cream cheese and powdered sugar to the 2 cups of whipped cream. Layer cream cheese mixture on top of crust. Layer prepared chocolate on top of cream cheese mixture. Then layer remaining whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts. Chill. Serves 12.
